Mixed Martial Arts

Our MMA classes are split  into beginners/intermediate and more advanced martial artists wanting to embark on an MMA career,

You can train for 1 hour in stand up and follow that by 1 hour in BJJ or you can choose to do them as separate classes of 1 hour on different nights

Our trainers are highly experienced and at the top of their field and have personal track records as outstanding martial artists.

Classes run 4 nights a week and Saturday mornings and consist of the following structure

  • 1  hour of comprehensive training in multiple stand up styles of Boxing, Kickboxing and Karate Techniques and Drills with transition into Take Downs.

  • 1 hour of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Grappling and effective Submission and Ground Techniques, Wrestling, Judo and Cage wall Training Drills.

Classes are structured  for different levels of  students:

1. Beginners wanting a taste of what MMA is like

2. Intermediates who want something more out of there martial arts training  and perhaps looking to atain an athletes fitness level

3. Those who have asperations of becoming a professional MMA fighter

Ages are from early teens through to adults, male and female 

Training is conducted in a highly supervised safe envioronment in order to avoid injuries.

For serious MMA  competitors only there is:

  • 24/7 Access Membership

  • Strength and Conditioning

  • Fighters Advanced Techniques and Fight Strategies

  • Highly supervised Semi Contact Sparing Drills that are geared around avoiding injury while training.
