Mixed Martial Arts

Our MMA classes are 2 hours long and cover stand up transition to grappling, take down and ground techniques, cage wall training drills and realistic sparing without injury.

Our trainers are at the top of their field and have trained champion Australian UFC fighters as well as personal track records of winning international grappling and stand up championships.
